EMoor6.jpgHills of Duc PhoDuc Pho, Pleiku area, 66-67. Was LZ Montezuma, changed to LZ Bronco (3rd Bde Special Task Force - The Bronco Brigade). Many have commented that this hill, overlooking the South China Sea, was filled with land mines and booby traps left by friend and foe alike.Feb 08, 2010

Dixon66.jpgArmed & ReadyThis fellow whose name I surely can no longer recall was shot on perimeter guard at Duc Pho. I think he was either from Michigan or Illinois. A very likable guy as I recall. He was sent home after he was shot, and survived.
